Specializing in D2C sales, we aim to create compelling and seamless shopping experiences for our customers. As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive sales, increase customer lifetime value and leverage the full marketing funnel on an international level.

Náplň práce

Your role:
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a global performance marketing strategy that aligns with our D2C objectives and brand ethos. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a global performance strategy in line with our sales and brand objectives.
  • Manage digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns and manage and challenge performance marketing agencies and freelancers to achieve our goals.
  • Analyse data to inform strategy and present insights and recommendations.
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration and maintaining key agency and technology partnerships.
  • Manage online marketing tools and explore new technologies to enhance our capabilities.

Požiadavky

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience with a focus on D2C and international markets.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing Google Ads and Paid Social strategies that deliver measurable results - with expertise in one of these areas.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive in identifying digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
